Sweeping river views from our rooftop terrace will add beauty to any event while the clubroom offers a contemporary and unique feel with comfort, numerous activity areas, and a full kitchen. The rustic Vault provides an intimate setting perfect for showers and small cocktail parties.

Rooftop Terrace: 100 occupancy limit
Clubroom: 115 occupancy limit

Friday/Saturday Rental Fee: $2,750 plus deposit
Sunday - Thursday Rental Fee: $2,050 plus deposit
Daytime Rental Fee: $1,650 plus deposit
Clubroom: 115 occupancy limit
Friday/Saturday Rental Fee: $1,900 plus deposit
Sunday - Thursday Rental Fee: $1,450 plus deposit
Daytime Rental Fee: $1,150 plus deposit

Reservation Requirements:
Signed contract due when booking date
$350 Security Deposit (refundable after the event assuming no damage or cleaning issues)
50% of rental fee + deposit due to book event
100% of rental fee paid 30 days prior to event
Daytime Events:
Daytime events occur from 10am to 5pm Monday-Saturday. No daytime rental option on Sunday.
Event time includes set up, event, and clean up.
Photo Shoots:
Engagement, Bridal, Corporate, etc. photoshoots are allowed with contract and payment for space.
Hourly pricing available. $125 for the Vault, $175 for the Clubroom, and $225 for the Rooftop.
There is a two hour minimum for all photoshoots.
Photoshoots must take place during office hours.
Music Video shoots are not permitted.
Booking Time Frames:
Friday and Saturday events must end by 11pm and be cleaned up by midnight
Sunday and weekday events must end by 9pm and be cleaned up by 10pm
Sunday event time frame is 2pm-10pm. No early setup
Setup for events Monday-Saturday can start as early as 10am
